Today’s Activities

You can do any of these tasks, in any order (but we've suggested a timetable).
Take as long as your little ones want for each task, let them use their imaginations!

Please share your creations with us on social media.

'Music and Movement'

Our bodies are amazing, they are designed to move. Our brain and bodies love to move and the more we move, the better we feel and the stronger we become! Movement isn’t just about physical education (PE) and exercise, it’s so much more and generally a lot more fun when we do it with our friends.

Today the inspirational Helen from Music and Movement is going to show you some fun activities to explore movement and make our clever brains and busy bodies work together.

Think about the different ways that you can move around your house?

Can you make an assault course, or a chalk fitness path outside your home for others?

Or can you start a new fitness routine or make up your own?
