Teach Each Other Day

Today we are going to be learning how to teach each other and how to be taught, learning how to listen to each other and work as a team! There will be a mixture of storytelling, arts and crafts and lots of other fun activities…lets go!

Teach each other a Song

In this activity, we are going to teach our adults a simple song!

You will need to find a simple song that you know well, lots of enthusiasm and some loud singing voices! This develops children’s confidence and their language and communication.

Teach each other a game

This time our grown ups will be doing the teaching.

You will need to find a simple song that you know well, lots of enthusiasm and some loud singing voices! This develops children’s confidence and their language and communication.

Teach each other a story

The children are back in charge now and they are going to tell us a story.

Ask your child to think of a simple fairy tale and help them to remember it by drawing some simple illustrations. This develops children’s memory skills, communication and language and confidence to share a story.

Teach each other a craft

Our grown ups are going to teach and help us to make a rainbow windsock.

This is a great activity to work together on to create something beautiful! This supports children to follow instructions, it supports their listening skills, communication and language and creativity too.
