Father's Day
My name is Sarah and I am a children’s author. Today we are going to make a special card then make a menu for breakfast. We are also going to make breakfast in bed and later on we are going to play a game of charades.
Make a card

You can try these activities:

Make Breakfast in Bed
Join Sarah and Eva as they prepare breakfast in bed for Eva’s Daddy.
You can try these with your child:
- Watch a grown up prepare breakfast using the menu you made earlier.
- Prepare with a grown up, breakfast using the menu you made earlier.
- Organise and prepare breakfast for your dad/special person. Ask your grown up to help you with hot drinks and sharp cutlery.
Play Charades
Join Sarah, Martyn and Eva to play this well know game.
You will need to prepare some cards with simple things that children can act out: guitar, bike, sunglasses, cold, hot, ball etc.
You can try these activities:
- Choose 2 words to act out to your family.
- Choose 3 words to act out to your family.
- Each choose 5 words to act out and play together with your family. Each player who guesses the correct word is awarded a point.
