Carrie Lomas

Carrie was a Leader in IoT, AI and cognitive technologies at Intel and Partner at IBM for the past 26 years. She is also a mother to a 16 year old and aunt to a 4 year old. Carrie teaches, tutors and precepts at Said Business School, Oxford University on courses such at EMBA and Post Grad course as well as on line learning. Her area of specialism is Strategy and Innovation, having completed her own Post Grad in this area at Oxford. Having read for her BSc(hons ) in Information Systems Management, she joined Intel and led Software teams as well as EMEA Sales, Marketing & Engineering organisations with revenues of $400m. She has published white papers on Ai in Retail, Tech as a Change Agent and sits on various panels. She was Intel’s Director for Smart Cities, which included Education and led a new initiative on how technology could improve outcomes.
