Jude Lennon

"I used to be a teacher who loved writing, now I'm an author who loves storytelling." Jude Lennon is a former Early Years teacher and Head of Early Years who now works as a Storyteller under the name Little Lamb Tales. She tells stories at Primary schools, community events, festivals and libraries. Jude is also a children’s author; her storytelling mascot Lamby appears in several books of his own. She is the current Disney Winnie the Pooh Laureate for the North West of England. As an official Patron of Reading, Jude works with schools and settings to spread the message about the joy of words and stories and the importance of reading and writing for pleasure. Jude has written or contributed towards 20 books including picture books, chapter books and a collection of short stories for adults. She is Head of Author Development at Team Author UK and mentors authors as well as providing workshops and writing retreats. She also runs a Membership club called Pick Up Your Pen for writers and authors. Jude LOVES books, reading, writing and getting away in her vintage campervan Buttercup.
